INGREDIENTS

1.25 oz. second city gin
1/2 oz. Durty Gurl Margarita/Sour Mix
1/2 oz. half & half
1 oz. soda water
1 egg white
orange peel

DIRECTIONS

Separate your egg white. Combine egg white, gin, and Durty Gurl Margarita/Sour Mix in shaker. Shake gently, avoid exploding your egg. Add half and half, soda water, and ice to shaker. Shake again gently. Strain over ice and garnish with orange peel. Cheers!
